Q: Will you be launching any new designs and/or items or is this it?
A: The Hoomans will be working on new stuff when inspiration strikes them! We will also be working with some local artists for limited edition collaborations, so please subscribe to our socials to keep updated on the freshest designs.

Q: Where can I check out your products in person?
Currently our products are only available via this website.

Q: What materials are your products made from? What if I find it too thin?
A: The material specifications are included in the product descriptions of each product’s page. They are standardised and we will not be able to do any custom orders.

Q: I made a mistake placing my order! What do I do?
A: Please do double check your order details in the Confirmation Email; if any mistakes are spotted (i.e. wrong address, missing unit number, wrong size chosen) do let us know via email to HOOMANWARE@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of placing your order online.

We will not be able to change the order once 48 hours have passed.

Q: How will I receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped via SingPost. We are not able to offer personal doorstep delivery.

Q: How long do my orders take to reach me?
A: Our products are made sustainably after an order is placed and will take a little more time to reach you. It should take around 10-14 working days.

Q: I haven’t received my order yet. What’s happening?
A: The items are all made-to-order and will require some time to reach you. You can track your order via the tracking app via the link on the order confirmation email.

If the order has already been marked as “Delivered” and you have not received your items, please check the following before emailing us:

  • Your order confirmation email to verify if the address stated is correct

  • Your mailbox

  • Any friends or family members who may have received the item on your behalf.

Q: I received the wrong order! What can I do?
A: If the items received do not tally with your order confirmation email, please reach out to us via email to HOOMANWARE@GMAIL.COM as soon as you can and we will do our best to sort it out.

We will not entertain any refund or exchange requests for orders made in error.
